A strong Master's degree or Ph.D. (or equivalent demonstrable research experience) in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field from a leading institution.
Track record of impactful research, evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed conferences/journals, significant project contributions, open-source contributions, or other distinguished achievements.
Advanced understanding of AI/ML theory and algorithms, strong programming proficiency (Python, C++), and hands-on experience with major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
Clearly articulated research interest within AI and compelling vision for contributing to novel research and development. Ability to think critically and creatively about complex problems.
Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative research environments, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas.
